UX Research
In this UX research project, I focused on improving the customer support experience for a popular delivery app. I identified key pain points like delayed responses and users receiving incorrect items due to stock issues. I designed a notification feature that lets users choose a replacement for out-of-stock items, preventing errors and giving them more control over their orders.

UX Redesign
I led a full redesign of the Cinemark website, with the most impactful change being an enhanced time and date selection process. To address user frustration, I introduced a feature that displays theater crowd levels upfront, helping users quickly choose showtimes. This, along with other improvements, streamlined the overall purchasing experience and improved user satisfaction.

App design
I designed a mobile app that functions as a marketplace for home services, connecting users with plumbers, electricians, and other technicians. The app was built to streamline the process of finding reliable service providers, offering an easy-to-use interface that allows users to browse, book, and review technicians efficiently. This project aimed to simplify the user experience while ensuring transparency and trust in the service selection process.

Web design
I designed a landing page for a small company that sells almonds, nuts, and natural products. Initially, the client wanted to target both sellers and customers, but this could have made the site less effective for either audience. After working together, we chose to focus on recruiting resellers, aligning the site with the company’s main goal at that moment: expanding their reseller network and improving their recruitment efforts.
